- 1.5 oz Old Forester 86 proof
- 1 Tbsp simple syrup
- 1 Tbsp aquafaba (liquid from canned chickpeas)
- Juice of 1 lemon
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin, add ice, shake. Strain into glass. Serve up or on the rocks.
