1 part Bourbon
1 part Rye
1/4 part Becherovka
1/4 part Fernet Branca
1/4 part Cherry Caraway Syrup
5 Dash Laphroaig 10 yr Scotch

Rinse a stemmed cocktail glass with the scotch and set aside. In a mixing glass measure all the ingredients accordingly and add ice. Stir the mixture until preferred dilution is achieved. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink. Serve with chocolate covered cherries. For the Cherry Caraway Syrup, mix together 200g of leftover cherry syrup from Amarena cherries with half a teaspoon of toasted caraway seeds. Sous-vide for 1 hour at 65 degrees Celsius, strain finely before use.
