The Pearly Gates
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
- 0.5 oz Amontillado Sherry
- 0.25 oz Fig + Espresso Syrup
- Lemon oil

METHOD
In a mixing glass add all ingredients and ice. Stir for 30-45 seconds or until we’ll diluted and chilled. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass and express lemon oils over top of the drink. Garnish with a lemon ‘angel wing’ and enjoy!
