2 part Bourbon
1/2 part Pedro Ximénez Sherry
1/2 part Sauternes Wine
1/2 tsp Matcha Tea Powder
Measure all ingredients in a mixing glass and add ice. Shake the contents in a way to incorporate enough air and ensure that the Matcha is well dispersed. Double strain the cocktail over a large cube of ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with Bee Pollen granules.
