Backstory
A string of bars in Sydney sling whisky and fresh apple juices as their signature special. My love for this combination of flavours inspired me to create this tangy, fresh Paper Plane twist.
Ingredients
45mL Bourbon
20mL Amaro Montenegro
20mL Fresh Lemon juice
15mL Apple Syrup
Half a kiwi fruit (Muddled)
Garnish:
Apple fan and Kiwi fruit ball.
Instructions
Muddle the kiwi fruit into the bottom of the shaker. Add the other ingredients and shake. Double strain over the rocks.
