INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 0.25 oz Labrador tea-rich syrup
- 4-6 Haskap berries
METHOD
Muddle the fruits in a shaker, add all the other ingredients, fill with ice and shake. Fine strain in a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with Haskap berries and a few tea leaves on a pick.
