INGREDIENTS
- 2 parts Bourbon
- ½ part Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ parts Honey
- Handful of fresh sage leaves
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, without ice and shake. Add ice into the shaker, shake and strain into glass. Add large ice cube and garnish with sage leaf.
