INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz @sagamorespirit Signature Rye Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Cocchi Rosa
- 1 barspoon Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- Grapefruit twist, for garnish
METHOD
Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into rocks glass over one large cube. Express grapefruit swath into glass and drop in.
