Pumpkin spice and everything nice! @tasteandtipple was inspired to shake up this gourd-gous fall-flavoured cocktail by the sweet, warm notes of @westlandwhiskey’s American Oak American Single Malt Whiskey. Ever had pumpkin purée in your cocktail? Now’s your chance to try it!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz Westland American Oak American Single Malt Whiskey
- 1 oz pumpkin purée
- 2/3 oz spiced Demerara syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 star anise, garnish
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, except star anise, and shake over ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with star anise.
