Sour Cherry Liqueur: De-pit a cup of cherries and cover entirely with whiskey to infuse for 24-48 hours. Strain and measure remaining liquid. Add equivalent sugar, or less if you want it less sweet. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Let it cool in the fridge until ready to serve.
- 2 parts bourbon
- ½ part Homemade Sour Cherry Liqueur
- ¼ part Lilllet
- ¼ part Almond liqueur
- 1 part lemon juice
- 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters
- 1 dash of vegan foamer
Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass.
