Bourbon Peach Smash 🍑
INGREDIENTS
- Sprig of fresh mint
- 1/4” peach, diced
- 1.5 oz @AngelsEnvy bourbon
- 1 oz Peach simple syrup
- Cubed ice
- Splash ginger beer
- Extra mint + slice of fresh peach for garnish
METHOD
Place mint and diced peach in a glass; muddle. Add bourbon, simple syrup, ice cubes and top with ginger beer; stir to combine. Garnish with a little extra mint and a slice of fresh peach.
