- 1.5 parts @kovaldistillery Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 sugar cube
- 10 mint leaves, 1 sprig for garnish
- splash of soda water
Muddle sugar and mint in a glass. Add ice, then Bourbon. Top with soda water, stir, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
