Rather than using bourbon or rye, or even sweet vermouth, their Backyardier incorporates Tennessee Whiskey and Amaro Lucano for a smooth, slightly bitter and slightly sweet, tasty cocktail. INGREDIENTS
- 1 part @unclenearest 1884 Small Batch Tennessee Whiskey
- 1/2 parts Amaro Lucano
- 1/2 parts Campari
- Orange Peel
METHOD
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain over large block of ice. Express orange peel over the top of the drink, wipe the rim with the peel and drop it in the glass.
