Inspired by @AngelsEnvy Bourbon finished in port wine barrels, @daphnee.dee plays with the scents and flavours that remind her of the early evenings in Barcelona “when people emerge from their siestas ready to start the night with their typical aperitifs, fortified wines.”
AFTER SIESTA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz @AngelsEnvy Port finish bourbon
- ½ oz Sweet vermouth
- ½ oz Olorosso Sherry
- 7 drops @bettersbitters Smoke and Oak bitters
- Charred dehydrated orange slice as garnish
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
