After experiencing our virtual @westlandwhiskey distillery tour, @cheerstohappyhour fell in love with the “waffle cone” notes created by the Extra Special Pale Malt barley used in the American Oak American Single Malt Whiskey mash bill. You can bet your stir spoon that he was inspired to make one of his crafty cocktails!
WAFFLE IRON
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz @westlandwhiskey American Oak American Single Malt Whiskey
- Barspoon Coffee Liqueur
- Barspoon Hazelnut Liqueur
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Stroopwafel slice, for garnish
METHOD
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass or goblet. Garnish with the Stroopwafel slice. Enjoy!
