INGREDIENTS
- 1oz Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Amaro
- 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 Grapefruit & Pink Peppercorn Syrup
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously. Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
SYRUP
1 cup Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 tbsp Pink Peppercorns
1 cup Granulated Sugar
Simmer all ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes. Strain & chill.
