INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ parts Bourbon
- 1 tbsp. apricot jam
- Ginger beer
- Lime
METHOD
Cut lime into 1/8 wedges. Squeeze 6 wedges into shaker with apricot jam and bourbon. Cover and shake until the jam is diluted. Add ice and shake again. Strain into an ice filled glass. Top with ginger beer.
